Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brian Watson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mcgrath takes the fight into the clinch.
Mcgrath blocks a body shot from Watson.
Watson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mcgrath pulls his leg out and moves away.
Watson tries to close the distance and clinch but Mcgrath swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Watson rushes Mcgrath and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Watson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Watson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Mcgrath fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Watson manages to avoid it.

Watson takes the fight into the clinch.
Watson is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Mcgrath is defending well.
Watson tries to score a body lock takedown but Mcgrath shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Dylan Mcgrath has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brian Watson.

Mcgrath gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Watson.

Mcgrath throws a looping overhand right but Watson ducks down to avoid it.

Watson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mcgrath pinned against the cage. Mcgrath gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mcgrath fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Watson manages to avoid it.
