The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kong closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lopes did well to prevent Kong getting side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Lopes keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
