Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jason McNeil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent Valentine will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jason McNeil! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vincent Valentine! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNeil looking to score a takedown here. Valentine is defending well but McNeil drives through and ends up in Valentine's guard. McNeil postures up in Valentine's guard and throws a big left but Valentine blocks it. McNeil wants to pass the guard but Valentine is keeping the position. Valentine keeping moving, preventing McNeil from controlling successfully. McNeil might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. McNeil controls from within his opponent's guard. McNeil trying to control the position from guard on top but Valentine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McNeil wants to pass the guard but Valentine is keeping the position. McNeil is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We're going to have a standup here because Jason McNeil wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. McNeil manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Valentine on his heels. He'll look to pass Valentine's guard now, I'm sure. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McNeil has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Valentine to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! McNeil is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Valentine pulls down on the head and he's put McNeil to sleep! This one is all over!
