Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien OQuinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying OQuinn's choice of entrance music: Creep Fast- Twista. Marsh is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Damien OQuinn! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! OQuinn shoots in looking for a takedown but Marsh manages to keep the fight standing, pushing OQuinn's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Marsh is breathing heavily. Marsh gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. OQuinn controls the pace of the fight for a moment. OQuinn lands a couple of elbows. Marsh being controlled here, momentarily.
Damien OQuinn has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Marsh leaves OQuinn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. OQuinn shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than OQuinn was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! OQuinn sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. OQuinn in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. OQuinn looking to control and managing it successfully. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. OQuinn lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Marsh hang on? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. OQuinn controlling from the full mount. OQuinn working away from the top, dropping strikes.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that OQuinn has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. OQuinn has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. OQuinn lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! OQuinn landing shots from mount. OQuinn controlling from the full mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Damien OQuinn dominated that round. The cut man is working on Randy Marsh's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Marsh stuffs the takedown attempt from OQuinn. OQuinn gets slowly back to his feet. OQuinn shoots in and gets a takedown into Marsh's guard. OQuinn tries to free his leg and advance position but Marsh is retaining full guard. OQuinn slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. OQuinn pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Marsh is keeping the position for now. OQuinn content to stall in guard here.

Damien OQuinn has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Marsh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from OQuinn. OQuinn shoots in and gets a takedown into Marsh's guard. OQuinn's corner is telling him to maintain position. OQuinn forces his way into half guard. OQuinn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Damien OQuinn was stalling too much, according to the referee. OQuinn looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Marsh! OQuinn has been the more effective fighter overall so far. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! OQuinn controlling the position easily from mount. Damien OQuinn has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. OQuinn's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Damien OQuinn was stalling too much, according to the referee. OQuinn shoots for a double leg takedown but Marsh sprawls well. He's pushed OQuinn's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Randy Marsh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Damien OQuinn. OQuinn moves into the clinch. OQuinn pulls Marsh into guard.
Marsh will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. OQuinn manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Marsh gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. OQuinn showing good wrestling skills to control the position. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Damien OQuinn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Randy Marsh's cut. That's time! Marsh's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

OQuinn receives a warning from the referee for stalling. OQuinn continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Marsh looking to slow down the pace here. OQuinn slows down the pace here.

That's one minute gone in the round. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Damien OQuinn. OQuinn drives through and clinches with Marsh against the cage.
OQuinn lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Well, if OQuinn is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

OQuinn stands and throws Marsh's legs to the side, diving into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Marsh being controlled for a moment. OQuinn throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. OQuinn throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Marsh takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Marsh gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! OQuinn controlling from the full mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marsh trying desperately to get to his feet.
Randy Marsh has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! OQuinn controlling his opponent.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Damien OQuinn. OQuinn feints and as Marsh raises his hands in defense, OQuinn changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Damien OQuinn is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. OQuinn content to stall in guard here.
And that's the end of the fight! Damien OQuinn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well OQuinn has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
