Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Quid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Quid has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rasputin avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Quid with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Quid is trying to drag Rasputin to the mat but Rasputin just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Quid fails to pull guard.

Quid is trying to pull guard but Rasputin turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Quid jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rasputin walks away with a smile on his face. Quid gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Quid shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rasputin but Rasputin pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Quid shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Quid works his way into side control.
Quid tries to score with some ground and pound. Rasputin controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Rasputin is wriggling around trying to escape.

Rasputin tries to hold on but Quid postures up.
Rasputin is trying to reverse the position but instead Quid has taken his back - oops!

Rasputin tries to escape but Quid has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
I would not like to be Rasputin right now.
Quid gets his hands free as Rasputin looks to control.

Quid is looking for the choke from the back position but Rasputin is controlling his hands well.
Quid has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Rasputin's body.
Quid struggling to land strikes to the head as Rasputin covers up.
Rasputin turns into Quid and is now in his guard.
Rasputin stopping the sweep attempt from Quid.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Quid has control of Rasputin's left arm, preventing Rasputin from doing any damage.

Quid has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Johnny Quid.
Nice sprawl there from Quid as Rasputin shoots in.
Quid shoots in for a takedown but Rasputin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Rasputin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rasputin pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Quid back to the cage. Rasputin follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Quid shoots in looking for a takedown but Rasputin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Quid's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Quid defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rasputin.
Rasputin looks gassed!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rasputin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Quid circles away.
Quid shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rasputin as he jumps to the side.
Quid looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Rasputin!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rasputin misses with a takedown
and Quid counters with a single leg into guard. Rasputin didn't expect that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Quid postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Quid stops Rasputin from standing up.
Quid slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Quid stopping the sweep attempt from Rasputin.
Quid is stalling in the full guard.

Quid trying to control but Rasputin is working from the bottom.
We're going to have a standup here because Johnny Quid wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Rasputin throws a head kick that misses.
Quid tries to clinch but Rasputin is having none of it.
Quid moves in looking to clinch but Rasputin pushes him off.
Rasputin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Quid.
Rasputin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Quid sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rasputin somewhat.
Rasputin is breathing heavily.
Quid tries to keep at a distance but Rasputin has taken the fight into the clinch.

Rasputin gets through Quid's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Quid has Rasputin pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Rasputin manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Rasputin has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Quid jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rasputin walks away with a smile on his face. Quid gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Rasputin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Quid uses his free foot to push down on Rasputin's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rasputin.
Rasputin tries to lock up and control but Quid gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Rasputin tries to improve his position but instead Quid has taken his back!
Quid trying to control.
Rasputin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Quid. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rasputin has hold of Quid's leg, trying to break free but it's let Quid lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Rasputin is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Quid throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
