Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy McNulty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McNulty might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman by Metallica. Parker comes into a darkened arena with his song building. why cant we be friends kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker tries to clinch but McNulty moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Parker.
Parker fails in his attempt to clinch.
Parker wants to clinch
and McNulty counters with a straight right hand.

McNulty takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
McNulty circles away from the clinch attempt.
McNulty throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Parker tries to clinch
and McNulty counters with a nice uppercut.
McNulty moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
McNulty misses with the combination.
McNulty throws a series of punches but Parker moves out of range.
Parker takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

and McNulty counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

McNulty moves out of range of the strikes.
Parker tries to score with a low kick but McNulty moves his leg out of the way.
Parker dives in and grabs McNulty 's left leg, looking for a takedown. McNulty pushes down on Parker's head and hops out.
Parker forces McNulty back against the cage and clinches.
McNulty 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Parker fails with a takedown attempt.

McNulty thows a body shot but no joy.

McNulty lands with a cross.
McNulty slips a jab from Parker.
Parker tries to clinch but fails miserably
letting McNulty counter with a right hand.
McNulty swings away with a leg kick that misses.

and McNulty counters with a body kick.
Parker is looking to clinch but McNulty is avoiding it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McNulty swats away the attempt to clinch by Parker.
McNulty looks to score with a jab to the body but Parker is just out of range.
McNulty uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Parker.

Parker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McNulty tries to avoid it but Parker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McNulty to the ground. McNulty escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jimmy McNulty has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Parker.
McNulty pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McNulty takes a swing at Parker's ribcage but misses.
Parker has managed to clinch.
McNulty tries to throw a body punch but Parker avoids it by throwing McNulty back against the cage.
McNulty pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

McNulty stuffs the takedown attempt from Parker. Parker gets slowly back to his feet.
McNulty misses with a looping left.
Parker throws a jab when McNulty was well out of range.
McNulty misses with a hook.
Parker throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

McNulty chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Parker misses with a low kick as McNulty jumps back.
Parker tries to close the distance and clinch but McNulty swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Parker is looking to score with low kicks.
Parker is on the wrong end of a nice combination from McNulty .
Jimmy McNulty is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Parker moves forwards but McNulty connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Parker tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and McNulty cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and McNulty counters with a nice body shot.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Parker wants to clinch but McNulty slips to the side
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McNulty ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Parker looks to clinch
and McNulty counters with a right hand to the body.
McNulty scores with a shot to the body.

enabling McNulty to counter with a crisp jab.
McNulty connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
McNulty throws a lazy right hand but Parker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
McNulty digs a good hook to Parker's body.
Parker has McNulty up against the cage in a clinch.
Parker misses with an elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McNulty breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Parker tries to close the distance and clinch but McNulty swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McNulty with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A shot to the body from Parker misses
and Parker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McNulty does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Parker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Parker decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
McNulty is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Parker is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so McNulty is just riding it out for now. Parker eventually gives up the hold.
McNulty gets back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Parker trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Parker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Parker drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Parker jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Parker in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Parker stands and throws McNulty 's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Parker wants to lay and pray for a moment but McNulty keeps working.
You can see the frustration on McNulty 's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
McNulty controls the position for a moment.

McNulty is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Parker throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McNulty tries to bench press Parker off him but Parker keeps the position.
McNulty dodges the ground and pound from Parker.
McNulty tries to get back to half guard but can't.
McNulty is working hard here to advance position.
Parker in side control, throwing shots but McNulty defends.
Parker has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Parker lands with some strikes.
McNulty tries to lock up and control but Parker gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Parker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
This has been an exciting period of action!
McNulty tries to hold on but Parker pushes him away.
McNulty is squirming around, avoiding Parker's attempts to control the action.
Parker throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
McNulty wants to control but Parker is having none of it.
McNulty is trying to escape the mount.
Bruce Parker has got the better of the ground game so far.
Parker connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
McNulty is rocked!
Parker cracks McNulty with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bruce Parker!
