Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Sparger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adin Wrenton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sparger comes into the arena with Pledge Allegiance to the Swag by T.I. feat. Rick Ross blaring out of the sound system. Wrenton comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lynyrd Skynyrd - Still Unbroken kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rob Sparger could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Adin Wrenton's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Sparger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Adin Wrenton! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Joseph Jones and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wrenton catches Sparger with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Wrenton throws a lazy uppercut
and Sparger counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Wrenton thinking. Wrenton on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Sparger scores with a nice right hand.
Sparger shoots in but no luck this time. Sparger cracks Wrenton with an open hand slap. A looping hook to the body misses from Wrenton. Sparger does a little dance to reset his feet. Sparger lands a nice looking body shot.
Sparger fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Wrenton looks gassed! Sparger throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sparger scores with a hook to the body. Wrenton takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wrenton throws a leg kick but Sparger checks it. Wrenton misses with a shot to the body letting Sparger counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wrenton looks to score with a jab to the body but Sparger is just out of range. Wrenton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wrenton wants it to stay on the feet. Sparger tests Wrenton's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sparger misses with a hook. Sparger scores with a nice strike. Sparger circles away from the clinch attempt and Sparger counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Wrenton's guard now. Sparger wants to stand but Wrenton has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wrenton is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sparger would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Sparger postures up.
Sparger is looking to stand up but Wrenton won't let him. Sparger wants to stand and escape but instead Wrenton has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Wrenton is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Rob Sparger wasn't doing enough on the ground. Wrenton misses with a hook to the body
and Sparger counters with a stiff right hand. Sparger's corner calls for a 1-2. Sparger obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Wrenton tries to clinch up. Wrenton swings away with a body shot that misses
and Sparger counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Wrenton misses with a lunging right hand
and Sparger makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Sparger throws a series of punches but Wrenton avoids them all with ease. Sparger checks the leg kick nicely there.
Sparger is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Wrenton takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sparger misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sparger connects with a single shot there. Sparger lands a nice shot that snaps Wrenton's head back.
Wrenton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A jab from Sparger finds it's way through Wrenton's defenses. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A swing and a miss from Wrenton. Wrenton throws a leg kick that misses. No luck for Sparger with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rob Sparger. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sparger wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sparger looks to land a left hand but Wrenton moved out of range nicely. Wrenton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Sparger dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Wrenton throws a leg kick that misses. Sparger throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sparger keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Wrenton. Wrenton takes the fight into the clinch. A head punch on the inside from Wrenton fails to land. Sparger breaks from the clinch.
Wrenton tries to clinch but Sparger moves away and Sparger counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Wrenton thinking. Wrenton swings widly with a right hand
and Sparger counters with a straight right hand. Wrenton's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sparger connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wrenton scrambles back to his feet. Rob Sparger is winning the standup battle so far. Sparger avoids the body shot from Wrenton.
Wrenton is breathing heavily. Sparger shoots and misses and Wrenton counters with a leg kick. Sparger tests Wrenton's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sparger lands a nice hook to Wrenton's body. Wrenton takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Sparger swings for the body but Wrenton moves out of range.
Sparger swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sparger jabs Wrenton right on the nose. Wrenton blinks but takes it well. A left lands for Sparger. A jab from Sparger misses. Sloppy strikes from Sparger. Those never looked like landing. Sparger ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Wrenton pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wrenton takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Wrenton is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big right from Sparger misses. Sparger misses with a two punch combination.
Wrenton drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Sparger paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wrenton is rocked! Wrenton ducks under a wild hook from Sparger. Wrenton is still on wobbly legs! Can Sparger finish him? Sparger throws a hook to the side of Wrenton's head but Wrenton sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sparger is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Wrenton is in big trouble! Sparger is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Wrenton. Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Rob Sparger! An intense looking Rob Sparger took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: '.........................Next..........................'.
