Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dean Winchester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mifel Lalber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dean Winchester!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mifel Lalber!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winchester defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lalber.

Lalber gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Lalber throws a knee to the head but misses.
Winchester tries to stall but Lalber uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Winchester looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Lalber is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Winchester gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Lalber pulls guard effortlessly.
Winchester wants to control from the top but Lalber keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dean Winchester wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Lalber tries for a takedown but Winchester circles away easily

and Winchester counters by clinching up.
Dean Winchester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mifel Lalber.
Winchester is trying to push Lalber away but Lalber has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Lalber escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Winchester tries to keep at a distance but Lalber has taken the fight into the clinch.

Lalber is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Winchester gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Winchester ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Winchester no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Lalber gets to his feet - Winchester follows without any prompting.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Winchester scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Winchester throws a shot to the body.
Winchester tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lalber paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lalber blocks a head kick by Winchester.
Winchester shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lalber avoids the head kick by Winchester.

Lalber closes the distance and pushes Winchester back into the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Lalber's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Winchester is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lalber pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Winchester fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Winchester is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Winchester's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Winchester throws a front kick aimed at Lalber's knee but Lalber avoids it well.
Lalber is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Winchester.
Winchester throws a series of punches but Lalber moves out of range.

Lalber gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Lalber escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Winchester tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lalber paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Winchester looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lalber is fending him off so far but Winchester persists. Nope, Lalber circles away and we're back to standing.

Lalber pulls Winchester into guard.
Lalber manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Winchester knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lalber on the ground.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
It looks like Lalber might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Mifel Lalber will probably get the nod.
That's time! Winchester's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Winchester breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lalber misses with an attempted mid kick.

Lalber is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Winchester is defending well.

Winchester throws out a loose jab but Lalber uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Lalber counters with a stiff right hand.
Lalber swats away the attempt to clinch by Winchester.

Lalber's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Lalber duly obliges.

Lalber closes the distance and pushes Winchester back into the cage.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lalber shoots for a takedown but Winchester saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - Winchester looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Winchester tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dean Winchester is winning the standup battle so far.
Lalber tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Winchester swivels and escapes.
Dean Winchester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mifel Lalber.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Winchester wants to control from the top but Lalber keeps moving.
Lalber seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Lalber bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Winchester's guard.

Winchester has a hand on Lalber's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Lalber takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Lalber thowing shots but they're missing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Mifel Lalber showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Lalber is trying to push Winchester away but Winchester has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Lalber pulls Winchester into guard.
Winchester wanted to stand there but Lalber had control of the position.
Lalber wants to get back to his feet but Winchester is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Winchester is fighting to break Lalber's control of his arms but Lalber is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Winchester trying to control but Lalber is working from the bottom.
Winchester throws a strike but Lalber rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Winchester is wriggling around but Lalber manages to pass to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Lalber frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Winchester is trying desperately to improve position.

Lalber looking to control and managing it successfully.
Lalber avoids the attempt from Winchester to control.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Winchester is trying to escape the mount.
Lalber controlling from the full mount.

Lalber is working for a guillotine from mount but Winchester frees his head quite easily.
Mifel Lalber is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Lalber tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dean Winchester has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
You get the feeling that Winchester really doesn't like being in this position too much.

And that's the end of the fight!
Mifel Lalber comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Lalber winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
