Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Proudstar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Proudstar comes to the cage accompanied by Pale Horse. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looks like James Proudstar has been cut.
Kane swinging wildly here.
Proudstar closes the distance but Kane moves to the side
and Kane counters with a right hand to the body.
Kane uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Proudstar.
Kane circles away from the clinch attempt
and Kane counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Proudstar looks to clinch
and Kane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kane fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Kane lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kane.

Proudstar tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Kane counters with an outside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kane, as that shot connected.

and Kane comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Proudstar stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Kane is on him like rabid pit bull! Proudstar slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dante Kane!
