Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm Le Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Proudstar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Proudstar has chosen Pale Horse as his entrance music. James Proudstar told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Proudstar misses the target.
Proudstar closes the distance looking to clinch
and Le Banner holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Proudstar manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Proudstar being controlled here, momentarily.
Le Banner trying to stand up but can't free himself from Proudstar's guard.
Proudstar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Proudstar has his foot on Le Banner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Le Banner works his way back into a safe position though.

Proudstar looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Le Banner is defending well. Proudstar quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Le Banner has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Proudstar celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
