Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Teeperv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yohan Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: One Man Army. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Teeperv counters by clinching up.
Machida tries to circle away but Teeperv has him pinned against the cage.

Machida is trying to break the clinch but Teeperv is controlling him.
Teeperv pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Machida thows a left - swing and a miss!
Teeperv lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Machida throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Teeperv sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Machida throws a hook but Teeperv blocks it.
Yohan Machida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Teeperv shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Machida napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Teeperv got a little sloppy there for a moment and Machida has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Teeperv has managed to get both his arms back between Machida's legs - danger averted.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Teeperv accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
