Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikko Sakkinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakkinen has chosen Rotten Sound - Burden as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Santiago Alvarez has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Santiago Alvarez seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mikko Sakkinen!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakkinen tries to close the distance and clinch but Alvarez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sakkinen gets a clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Sakkinen.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sakkinen creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sakkinen lands with a left to the head.

Sakkinen pushes Alvarez back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sakkinen drops Alvarez onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Alvarez is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Alvarez is rocked!
It looks like Santiago Alvarez has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Alvarez has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sakkinen after a bit of a struggle.
Oh Alvarez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alvarez wants a takedown but no success here.
Sakkinen lands a knee to the body.
Alvarez is breathing heavily.

Sakkinen lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Sakkinen creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Alvarez with a big uppercut! Alvarez tries to clinch up but Sakkinen pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Alvarez to the mat! Alvarez covers up and Sakkinen unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mikko Sakkinen!
A relieved looking Mikko Sakkinen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
