Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ollie Ritch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Shut 'Em Down. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Charles Young was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ollie Ritch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Charles Young!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young misses with a two punch combination.
Ritch uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Young.
Young throws a right hand that Ritch ducks under and follows up with a left that Ritch also avoids with ease.
Ritch thows a left - swing and a miss!
Young keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Ritch tries a head kick but it misses.
Ritch throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Young stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ritch goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Young throws a series of punches but Ritch moves out of range.

Nice uppercut lands for Young. That snapped Ritch's head back.

Ritch bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Young's head backwards.
Ritch throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ritch throws a hook to the side of Young's head but Young sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ritch throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Young on the side of the head.

Ritch is looking to clinch but Young is avoiding it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Young thuds his right hand into Ritch's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A jab-cross combination lands for Young and sends Ritch crashing to the mat! Young follows him down to the mat - Ritch regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Ollie Ritch has been cut.

Young stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ritch swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Young not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Young gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Young lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Young throws a right and a left that both miss.

Young is breathing heavily.
Ritch jabs Young to the body, keeping him at a distance.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Young might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Ritch catches Young with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

No joy there for Young, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Ritch lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ritch.
Young finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Ritch's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Young falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ollie Ritch!
