Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McTur staying out of range there.
McTur misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hardy misses with a looping left.
Hardy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McTur.
Hardy looks to land a combination but McTur avoids it well.
McTur closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Hardy swinging wildly here.
A swing and a miss from Hardy.
Hardy misses the jab.
McTur on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Lex McTur has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McTur looks to land a combination. Hardy sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
A jab from Hardy finds it's way through McTur's defenses.
McTur moves out of range of the strikes.
Hardy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hardy lands a left and a right that send McTur crashing to the mat, dazed. Hardy thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
McTur is rocked!
Hardy misses with a straight right.
Hardy drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks McTur right on the button. McTur goes down! Hardy follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Hardy gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Hardy!
James Hardy was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
