Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Konstantin Khavin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nameless One!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khavin darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

One bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Khavin can't do much from the bottom here.
One misses with the ground and pound.
One in side control, throwing shots but Khavin defends.

One goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Khavin rolls with the submission and now he's on top in One's guard! Nice work there by Khavin!
Khavin won't allow One to sweep him here.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Khavin has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

We're going to have a standup here because Konstantin Khavin wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

letting One counter with a right hand.

Khavin moves into the clinch successfully.

One takes a knee to the side of the body.
Khavin stalling in the clinch but One improves position.
Khavin looking to throw knees to the head but One is blocking nicely.

One looking to hit a scissor sweep but Khavin is one step ahead there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

One tries to roll over but Khavin keeps him under control.
One is not content to let Khavin control the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Khavin is really struggling to control One but he's trying to hold on to the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Konstantin Khavin wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Khavin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The fighters circle momentarily. Khavin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Khavin takes a swing at One's ribcage but misses.
Khavin tries to clinch but One is having none of it.
One lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Khavin at a distance.
One moves away from the strike by Khavin.
One finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
One misses the jab.
One fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Khavin avoids it really well and circles away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Khavin punishes One's body with a nice straight punch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Konstantin Khavin will probably get the nod.

Khavin takes the fight into the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Khavin lands a shoulder strike.
Khavin misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from One.
One lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Khavin lands an elbow that stopped One in his tracks for a moment.
One wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

One swings wildly with an uppercut but Khavin uses good head movement to avoid it.

One goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Khavin wants to stall.

One pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Khavin misses with a looping left.
Khavin tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. One manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Khavin lands a nice leg kick that just misses One's sensitive parts.

One scores with the left hand. Khavin knows he should have avoided that one.


It looks like Konstantin Khavin has been cut.
One's jab looks to have found its range, popping Khavin under the eye.
Nameless One seems to be getting the better of the standup.
A thudding body kick lands there by Khavin!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Khavin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
One on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Khavin. Khavin obviously looking to wear him down.

One fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

One has a couple of punches blocked by Khavin.
Khavin has One pressed against the ropes, preventing One from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, One creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Khavin is looking to control One's arms but One gets an underhook and turns him. Now Khavin has his back to the ropes.

One breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
One fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Khavin manages to avoid it.
Khavin doesn't manage to clinch there - One circles away.
One fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Khavin avoids it really well and circles away.
One on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
One is breathing heavily.

Khavin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with One, pushing him back against the ropes.
One can't break the clinch.
One takes a knee to the side of the body.
One takes an elbow to the forehead.
One takes a shot to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

One's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

One takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Khavin tries to clinch there but One circles away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
One shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Khavin but Khavin pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Konstantin Khavin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nameless One.

One is looking to work some ground and pound but Khavin has wrist control.

One throws the left hand but Khavin avoids the punch easily.
One closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd cheers as Khavin lands an impressive looking overhand right. One doesn't seem phased though.
Khavin wants to clinch up but One keeps it at a distance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Khavin blocks a low kick nicely.

One wants to break free but Khavin has control.

One takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
