Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Eric Zimmerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benson Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zimmerman comes to the cage accompanied by Linkin Park-- What Ive Done. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Zimmerman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Benson Henderson!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimmerman is looking to slow Henderson down with leg kicks.
Zimmerman throws a combination. Henderson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Henderson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Zimmerman scores with a head kick.
Zimmerman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Zimmerman just misses with a punch to the body.
Zimmerman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Henderson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Zimmerman slaps away a takedown attempt from Henderson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Eric Zimmerman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Benson Henderson.
Zimmerman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zimmerman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Eric Zimmerman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zimmerman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Zimmerman wants it to stay on the feet.
A head kick lands from Zimmerman that sends Henderson to the canvas. Henderson tries to scramble back to his feet but Zimmerman brings him back down into side control.
Henderson looks gassed!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Henderson is looking for a sweep.
Henderson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Henderson is rocked!
A big shot lands for Zimmerman! That's hurt Henderson! Will he recover? Zimmerman fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eric Zimmerman!
