The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romo gets caught napping as Jacobs dives in and scores a takedown. Romo manages to retain guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Romo trying to keep a closed guard but Jacobs is proving a slippery customer.
Jacobs throws an elbow that misses. Romo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jacobs's guard. Nice move by Romo!

Jacobs tries to score a power double leg takedown but Romo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jacobs somewhat.

Oooooh!!! Romo has knocked Jacobs down with a huge combo! Romo steps away and waves a wobbly Jacobs back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Oh Jacobs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jacobs shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Romo counters with a left right combination that sends Jacobs crashing to the mat - Romo wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Jacobs out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
