Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Randy Baldwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradford Whitley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Randy Baldwin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bradford Whitley! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baldwin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Whitley as he avoids it easily. Baldwin walks forward, straight into a front kick from Whitley. Whitley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baldwin circles away quickly and effectively. Whitley connects with a high kick. Baldwin swats away the attempt to clinch by Whitley. Whitley is looking to clinch but Baldwin is avoiding it.
Baldwin moves away from the strike by Whitley. Baldwin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Whitley punishes Baldwin's body with a nice straight punch. Whitley uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Baldwin.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Whitley, right into the meat.
A head kick misses from Whitley. Baldwin throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Whitley tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Baldwin is in Whitley's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Baldwin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Whitley, up you get! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Whitley tries to clinch but fails miserably and Baldwin counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Whitley doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Whitley lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baldwin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Whitley gets caught napping as Baldwin dives in and scores a takedown. Whitley manages to retain guard. Baldwin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Randy Baldwin just wasn't active enough. Whitley just misses with a punch to the body.

Whitley wants to clinch. Baldwin closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Whitley's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baldwin stands up from Whitley's guard - Baldwin perhaps looking for a knockout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Whitley displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Baldwin. Baldwin is breathing heavily. Baldwin takes a kick to the side of the head. Whitley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baldwin swats him away and circles back towards the center. Nice body kick there by Whitley. Whitley misses with the combination.
Baldwin gets a takedown into half guard. Baldwin is thwarting Whitley's attempts to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baldwin prevents Whitley from improving his position. Baldwin slows the pace down in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Randy Baldwin. Whitley tries to clinch but Baldwin moves out of range. Whitley throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Baldwin's head. Baldwin fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Baldwin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Whitley stuffs the takedown attempt from Baldwin. Baldwin gets slowly back to his feet. Baldwin closes the distance and pushes Whitley back into the cage. Nice elbow from Whitley. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A nice glancing elbow lands by Whitley. Whitley tries a body shot but Baldwin blocks it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Whitley. Whitley unloads a knee to the mid-section. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randy Baldwin dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Whitley fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Randy Baldwin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Whitley misses with a double jab.
Baldwin fails to land the takedown. Whitley tries to bum rush Baldwin with a series of wild strikes but Baldwin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Baldwin closes the distance and clinches. Baldwin working Whitley over with knees to the body. Whitley tries to work over Baldwin's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Whitley lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Whitley obliges. Whitley is breathing heavily. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Whitley. Baldwin blocks a body shot from Whitley. Whitley throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Whitley lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Whitley with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baldwin pulls guard effortlessly. Whitley is fighting to break Baldwin's control of his arms but Baldwin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Baldwin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Whitley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Baldwin has his foot on Whitley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Whitley works his way back into a safe position though. Whitley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Baldwin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Baldwin scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Whitley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baldwin swats him away and circles back towards the center. The fight stays on the outside here - Whitley looks like he's thinking about clinching though. An inside leg kick lands from Whitley. Whitley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Baldwin shoots in and gets a takedown into Whitley's guard. Randy Baldwin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Baldwin distracts Whitley with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Baldwin works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baldwin decides to stand and escape the position. A head kick misses from Baldwin. Whitley takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Whitley throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Whitley feints and then cracks Baldwin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Baldwin down. Whitley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Baldwin. Baldwin gets a takedown into half guard. Baldwin sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whitley blocking the ground and pound attempt from Baldwin. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Baldwin controlling the action here.

A combination from Whitley does no damage. Whitley misses with a few strikes there.
Whitley throws a right and a left that both miss. Whitley tries to close the distance and clinch but Baldwin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Baldwin closes the distance and clinches. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Baldwin takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Baldwin fails to pull guard.
Baldwin has Whitley pressed against the cage.
Whitley lands a nice knee to the body. Whitley lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Baldwin backwards. Baldwin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Whitley tries to clinch but Baldwin moves out of range. Whitley takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Baldwin throws a head kick that misses. Whitley misses with a combination
and Baldwin counters by clinching up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baldwin scores with an uppercut up the middle. Baldwin pulls guard successfully.
Baldwin has Whitley pulled in close to control his posture. Baldwin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Whitley! Baldwin looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baldwin has hold of Whitley's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Whitley manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Baldwin landing strikes, looking to finish! Baldwin controlling the pace for now. Baldwin lands a big shot there that rocks Whitley but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baldwin thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

And that's the end of the fight! Randy Baldwin showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Baldwin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
