Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Dover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boxing Dummie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dummie has chosen The Boxer / Simon & Garfunkel as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dummie will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Dover uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dummie.
Dummie thows a left - swing and a miss!

Dover rushes Dummie and presses him up against the ropes.
Dummie is trying to force a seperation but Dover has the dominant position.
Dummie tries to break free but Dover pushes him back against the ropes.
Dummie is trying to push Dover away but Dover has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.

Dover fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dummie, pushing him back against the ropes.
Dummie tries to circle away but Dover has him pinned against the ropes.
Dover throws a knee to the head but misses.

Dummie ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dummie no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dummie wants to get back to his feet but Dover is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Dover is pushing down on Dummie's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dummie is fighting to maintain full guard but Dover has managed to sneak the leg through.
Dover is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Dummie is hurt! He's hurt bad - Dover fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Dummie from any more punishment! Congratulations to Dover! Great finish!
