Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Phillip Barron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Matson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barron's entrance music is Dizzee Rascal - Bonkers. A fine choice. Matson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Remember the name kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
27 - 22 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Phillip Barron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Josh Matson!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Matson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Matson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Barron takes one to the chin there.
A head kick misses from Barron.
Matson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barron sprawls well. Barron wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Matson gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice uppercut there from Barron.
Josh Matson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Matson lands with a thumping leg kick.
Barron shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Barron misses with a right hand
and Barron takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Barron lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Matson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Matson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Barron takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Barron is rocked!
Matson lands a nice hook to Barron's body. Barron takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Oh Barron is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barron gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Matson gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Barron is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Josh Matson!
After the big win, Josh Matson made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors $10 and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
