Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sakari Sammio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bej Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sakari Sammio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bej Johnson! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! That kick from Sammio tenderised Johnson's leg. Johnson is trying to keep his angry face on. Sammio lands a nice leg kick that just misses Johnson's sensitive parts. Johnson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sammio. Sammio obviously looking to wear him down.
Sammio avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sammio fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Johnson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Sammio throws a leg kick which misses Johnson's front leg but catches the back leg as Johnson tries to avoid it. Sammio goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Johnson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sammio counters with a head kick. That will keep Johnson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johnson clinches up against the cage. Johnson prevents Sammio from breaking the clinch. Sammio tries to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling the position. Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Johnson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sammio. Sammio obviously looking to wear him down.
Sammio explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Johnson fails in his attempt to clinch. Bej Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sammio throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Sammio lands a head kick. Johnson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Johnson is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Sammio misses with a head kick.
Johnson is still on wobbly legs! Can Sammio finish him? Sammio throws a head kick that misses. Sammio tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A head kick misses from Sammio. Sammio misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Sammio throws a head kick that misses. The fight stays on the outside here - Johnson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Johnson darts in trying to clinch and Sammio counters with a monster head kick that knocks Johnson out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
