The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zilla lands with a good body shot.
Zilla throws a leg kick which misses Trinckelton's front leg but catches the back leg as Trinckelton tries to avoid it.
Trinckelton cracks Zilla with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Zilla moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Zilla slips a jab and a cross from Trinckelton.

Trinckelton ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zilla moves away.
Zilla throws the kick towards the body but Trinckelton avoids it.

Zilla walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Trinckelton checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Trinckelton fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Zilla avoids it really well and circles away.
Zilla tries to clinch but Trinckelton is having none of it.
Zilla lands a glancing blow to the side of Trinckelton's head.

No joy there for Zilla, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Andre Zilla is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Trinckelton is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Zilla can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Zilla throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Trinckelton stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Zilla fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Trinckelton.
Zilla keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

and Zilla counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Zilla throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zilla lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Trinckelton accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Zilla escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Trinckelton gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Trinckelton got a little sloppy there for a moment and Zilla has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Trinckelton has managed to get both his arms back between Zilla's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Trinckelton.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Trinckelton, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Tony Trinckelton was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
