The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crackel tries for a takedown but Haverson circles away easily
and Haverson counters with a single leg into guard. Crackel didn't expect that.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Haverson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Haverson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Haverson chips away with some ground and pound.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Crackel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Haverson's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Crackel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Haverson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Haverson cracks Crackel with a solid left hand.
Oh Crackel is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Haverson stands up over Crackel, holding on to his feet. Haverson throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Crackel is out cold! Haverson lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Herman Haverson!
