The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slyce fails with an attempt to clinch.
Slyce throws a right hand that Juan ducks under and follows up with a left that Juan also avoids with ease.

Juan rushes Slyce and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Juan lands with a short shot to the head.
Juan lands an elbow inside that Slyce shrugs off.
Slyce pushes off an throws an elbow but Juan leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Juan has picked Slyce up - he's going for a ride! Juan dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Juan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Slyce does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
