Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lombardo tries to close the distance and clinch but Mccoy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lombardo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mccoy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nice defenses there by Lombardo.
Lombardo tries to clinch there but Mccoy circles away.
Mccoy keeps the fight on the outside.
Mccoy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lombardo.
Mccoy avoids the body shot from Lombardo.
Lombardo misses with a body shot
and Mccoy counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and Mccoy counters with an inside leg kick.
Anthony Lombardo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lombardo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lombardo is trying to trip Mccoy. He has hold of a leg but Mccoy is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Lombardo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Mccoy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
