Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bob Gator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Gator!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Phil Dragon!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gator keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gator fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dragon throws a jab but it's blocked by Gator.

Gator gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dragon tries to pull guard but Gator holds him up against the cage and eventually Dragon drops back down to his feet.
Gator misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Dragon.
Dragon gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Gator.
Dragon is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Gator to keep the fight standing.

Dragon gets control of Gator's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dragon will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dragon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gator gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gator is in close to Dragon's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Gator pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dragon is keeping the position for now.

Dragon looking for a guillotine here but Gator defends easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gator avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gator is working Dragon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Dragon has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gator should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Dragon has tightened it up now! Gator should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
