Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Lontine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Harmony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lontine comes to the cage accompanied by Orion's Belt. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Lontine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Justin Harmony! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lontine tries to clinch there but Harmony circles away.
Lontine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lontine fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lontine tries to clinch and Harmony counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lontine won't be happy with that. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Sloppy strikes there by Harmony. Harmony trying to control the action but Lontine is working from the bottom. Lontine takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Lontine is looking to regain half guard here but Harmony keeps moving and retains side control. Harmony working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harmony tries to score with some ground and pound. Lontine controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Harmony working the head and body with strikes. Harmony looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Lontine is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harmony throwing shots but missing, from side control. Lontine is pushing Harmony's head away, looking to escape. Harmony manages to hold on to the position though. Harmony working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Harmony throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Harmony sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Lontine is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Harmony postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Harmony looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Lontine is avoiding damage well.

Lontine is trying to control Harmony's posture but Harmony avoids it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harmony misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Lontine being controlled for a moment. Lontine avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Harmony.

Harmony wants to control but Lontine is keeping him busy. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lontine taking punishment in the form of punches.
Lontine is pushing Harmony's head away, looking to escape. Harmony manages to hold on to the position though. Lontine parries the strikes from Harmony easily there. Harmony is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Lontine to escape.

You can see the frustration on Lontine's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Harmony wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lontine keeps working. Lontine is trying to improve his position. Harmony is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harmony is working Lontine over with some ground and pound from side control. Harmony throws a strike aimed at the side of Lontine's head but Lontine avoids it well. Harmony is chipping away with strikes.

Harmony is working Lontine over with some ground and pound from side control. Lontine is breathing heavily. Harmony throwing shots but missing, from side control. Lontine managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Harmony.
Harmony has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Lontine is looking for a sweep. Lontine avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Harmony. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lontine gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Harmony is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Harmony!
