The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battailen takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Pelli misses with a low kick.
Battailen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Armand Battailen has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Pelli. Battailen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Pelli tries a head kick but it misses.
Battailen looks to land a right hand but Pelli moved out of range.
Pelli misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Battailen.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pelli cracks Battailen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Pelli has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Battailen to stand back up!

Armand Battailen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from Pelli misses.
Battailen throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Pelli knocks Battailen out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
