The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Smith does no damage.
Smith fails to land with a series of punches.
Ross on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Ross shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smith as he jumps to the side.
Ross fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Smith slips a jab and a cross from Ross.
Smith lands with a slapping head kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ross moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice body punch from Ross.
Smith throws a low kick but it's checked well by Ross.
Sloppy strikes from Smith. Those never looked like landing.
Smith throws a combination. Ross tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Ross is rocked!
Smith throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oh Ross is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith misses with a jab, cross combination.

Smith looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Smith backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ross's temple! It sends Ross violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Smith celebrates and the doctors try to help Ross!
