Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Satoshi Kajiwara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obed Flying Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Satoshi Kajiwara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Obed Flying Fox!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kajiwara throws a sloppy head kick and Flying Fox moves out of range easily.
Kajiwara closes the distance but Flying Fox moves to the side
and Flying Fox counters with a good low kick that Kajiwara was not able to check.
Kajiwara tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Flying Fox paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A left lands for Flying Fox.

Flying Fox fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kajiwara sprawls well initially but Flying Fox persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Kajiwara blocking the ground and pound attempt from Flying Fox.
Kajiwara looks like he's trying to stand up.
Flying Fox landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Flying Fox wants to pass the guard but Kajiwara is defending well.
Kajiwara tries to kick Flying Fox off but Flying Fox keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Flying Fox winds up and cracks Kajiwara with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Flying Fox stops Kajiwara from getting back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kajiwara is staying active underneath Flying Fox, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Kajiwara is looking to escape.

Flying Fox lands strikes from half guard.
Kajiwara is trying to stand.
Flying Fox is trying to control. Kajiwara wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Flying Fox wants to pass to mount but Kajiwara is defending the position.
Flying Fox is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Kajiwara avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Flying Fox.
Kajiwara pushes Flying Fox off looking to stand but Flying Fox dives back in and keeps control.
Flying Fox has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Flying Fox is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Kajiwara is trying to control but can't.

Kajiwara is pressing down on Flying Fox's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Kajiwara wants to stand but Flying Fox is controlling the position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kajiwara has his foot on Flying Fox's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Flying Fox works his way back into a safe position though.
Flying Fox postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Flying Fox is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Kajiwara wants to get back to his feet but Flying Fox is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Flying Fox keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kajiwara's head.
Flying Fox passes into half guard.
Flying Fox seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Flying Fox looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Flying Fox scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Flying Fox thows a huge punch but Kajiwara dodges it nicely.
Flying Fox passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kajiwara!

Flying Fox goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Kajiwara turns into him and now he's in Flying Fox's guard.
Kajiwara trying to control the position from guard on top but Flying Fox is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kajiwara wants to get up but he can't break Flying Fox's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Flying Fox pulls Kajiwara in to control the position.

Flying Fox is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Kajiwara tries to stand but Flying Fox is controlling from the bottom.

Flying Fox looking for a guillotine here but Kajiwara defends easily.

Kajiwara is sitting in close to Flying Fox's body. Flying Fox has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Kajiwara is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Kajiwara is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Flying Fox.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Obed Flying Fox!
A very excited looking Obed Flying Fox made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
