Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davros Dearak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vito Treadaway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dearak is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Treadaway shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Treadaway showed some decent athleticism there.
Dearak is breathing heavily.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Treadaway seems to be working for a kimura but Dearak defends the submission attempt.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Treadaway shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dearak is trying to defend but Treadaway finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Treadaway wants to work for an arm triangle but Dearak is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Treadaway in particular looking to stall.

Treadaway stands up and waves to Dearak to follow him.

Treadaway fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Dearak to the ground. Treadaway is now in Dearak's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Treadaway is working Dearak over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Treadaway slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Dearak is working an open guard so Treadaway takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Treadaway fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dearak, pushing him back against the cage.
Treadaway lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Dearak or not.
Treadaway lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Treadaway lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Treadaway pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Treadaway pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Treadaway decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Treadaway stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Oooooh!!! Treadaway has knocked Dearak down with a huge combo! Treadaway steps away and waves a wobbly Dearak back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Davros Dearak's cut is getting worse.

Treadaway shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dearak napping and manages to drive through into side control!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Treadaway misses with a head kick.

Treadaway fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dearak sprawls well initially but Treadaway persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Treadaway is nestled in close to Dearak, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Oh Dearak is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vito Treadaway has got the better of the ground game so far.
The referee asks Treadaway politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Treadaway prefers to stall for the moment though.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Treadaway stands up and beckons Dearak to his feet.
Treadaway throws a head kick that misses.

Treadaway dives in and scores a takedown into Dearak's guard.
Treadaway passes Dearak's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Dearak wants to control but Treadaway is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Treadaway uses his free foot to push down on Dearak's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dearak.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
BOOM! Treadaway connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Treadaway loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dearak scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Treadaway land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Treadaway stands and salutes the crowd.
