Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arnold Drummond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Christopher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arnold Drummond! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bryan Christopher! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drummond ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Christopher moves away. Drummond throws a quick inside leg kick. Drummond lands with a thumping leg kick.
Christopher moves out of range of the leg kick from Drummond. Drummond throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Drummond moves forwards but Christopher connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Arnold Drummond has been cut. Christopher clinches with his opponent.
A shot in the inside from Christopher. Drummond misses with a punch to the body.
Drummond has had enough of the clinch but Christopher keeps him there for the moment. Christopher tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Drummond smiles and moves away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Christopher fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Drummond looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Christopher takes a kick to the side of the head. Drummond throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Christopher stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Arnold Drummond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Christopher fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Drummond avoids it really well and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drummond pivots, looking for a leg kick but Christopher is out of range and Drummond settles back down. Christopher checks a low kick from Drummond. Drummond misses with a wild body shot. Drummond avoids the head kick by Christopher.
Christopher throws a sloppy head kick and Drummond moves out of range easily. Christopher checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Drummond throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Drummond is looking to land body kicks. Christopher closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Drummond is trying to maintain the position but Christopher is very close to passing his half guard. Drummond taking some punishment here, with Christopher in his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Christopher throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Christopher is thwarting Drummond's attempts to control the position. Christopher looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Drummond is refusing to be controlled, as Christopher sits in half guard. Christopher is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Nice strikes from Christopher there. That's three minutes gone in the round. Christopher not landing any meaningful shots this time. Drummond trying to hold on to Christopher's head to control him but Christopher postures up.
Christopher is looking for a kimura but Drummond is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Christopher to get the leverage. Christopher is figuring out what he wants to do next. Drummond keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Christopher is keen to just control but Drummond is a slippery customer. Christopher is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Christopher seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Christopher not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Christopher is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Drummond doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Christopher. Christopher is working for a submission of some sort.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Christopher seems to be looking for submissions.

Christopher throws a head kick that misses. Christopher shoots in looking for a takedown but Drummond manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Christopher's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Drummond throws a head kick but Christopher moves out of range.
A clash of legs there as Christopher blocks the low kick. A head kick misses from Drummond. Drummond fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Christopher manages to avoid it. Christopher fails in his attempt to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drummond scores with a jab to the body. Drummond will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Christopher tries to score a body lock takedown but Drummond shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Arnold Drummond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bryan Christopher. Drummond swings wildly with an uppercut but Christopher uses good head movement to avoid it.

Drummond tries to throw a body punch but Christopher avoids it by throwing Drummond back against the cage. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Drummond just misses with a elbow thrown towards Christopher's brow. Christopher tries to pull guard but Drummond won't allow it.
Christopher just leaning against Drummond, taking a breather. Christopher is looking for a takedown. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Christopher avoiding damage as Drummond throws knees to the body.

Christopher lands a right hand that snaps the head of Drummond backwards. Drummond tries a body shot but Christopher blocks it.
Christopher blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Christopher lands an elbow inside. Christopher tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Christopher has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Drummond regains guard immediately. Christopher with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Christopher accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Christopher trying to control but Drummond is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Drummond looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Christopher keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Drummond's head. Christopher trying to control but Drummond is working from the bottom. Christopher has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Christopher with a flurry of punches that miss. Drummond utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Christopher distracts Drummond with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Christopher not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Drummond preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Drummond is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Christopher drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Christopher jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Christopher lands a couple of decent looking shots. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Christopher throws a big elbow that misses. Christopher passes into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bryan Christopher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Arnold Drummond's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Christopher decides to pull guard. Drummond trying to control the position from guard on top but Christopher is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Christopher pushes a forearm under Drummond's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Drummond is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
