Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gregor Mousasi!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi just misses with a punch to the body.
Good leg kick by Polk there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Mousasi shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Polk counters with a slapping leg kick.
Mousasi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Polk moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gregor Mousasi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Polk connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Mousasi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Polk can pounce on him.
Mousasi walks into a stiff left hand from Polk.
It looks like Gregor Mousasi has been cut.
Mousasi misses with the combination.
Polk tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Polk moves into the clinch.
Mousasi takes an elbow to the forehead.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mousasi has had enough of the clinch but Polk keeps him there for the moment.
Polk landing knees to the body.
Polk lands an elbow inside.
Mousasi takes a knee right on the jaw!
Mousasi is trying to push Polk away but Polk has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Polk is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Mousasi looks winded!

Polk lands an elbow inside that Mousasi shrugs off.
Polk lands a knee to the head.
That has opened up Gregor Mousasi's cut even more.
Polk lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Polk gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Polk lands a nice elbow.
The cut above Gregor Mousasi's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Gregor Mousasi's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Gregor Mousasi's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
