Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vossie Vos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Cowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vossie Vos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jared Cowen! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vos throws a right and a left that both miss. Vos shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cowen as he avoids it easily. Cowen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vos gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Cowen slows down the pace here.

Vos tries to score a body lock takedown but Cowen shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Vos jumps guard but Cowen stands there with Vos around his waist. Vos gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vossie Vos. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cowen goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice elbow from Cowen. Vos is looking to take this one to the mat. Vos is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Cowen gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Vos is breathing heavily. A nice left hand lands by Cowen.
A bit of stalling here from Cowen.
A battle for position here, against the cage. Cowen's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. A frustrated look appears on Vos's face as he tries to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vos is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Vos successfully pulls guard.
Cowen decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Vos, up you get! Vos throws a head kick that misses. A good leg kick by Cowen. That kick from Cowen tenderised Vos's leg. Vos is trying to keep his angry face on. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cowen scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Vos gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Vossie Vos has been cut. Cowen digs a good hook to Vos's body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cowen feints and then cracks Vos's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vos down. Vos looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Cowen catches Vos with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! This has been an exciting period of action! Cowen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Cowen throws an overhand right that drops Vos like a sack of potatoes! Cowen dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
