Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Amokachi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Okoye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amokachi comes into the arena with Fuck The Police blaring out of the sound system. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amokachi has a takedown stuffed.
Okoye throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Amokachi's waist but Amokachi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Okoye off to one side.
Amokachi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Okoye sprawls well. Okoye wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Amokachi gets slowly back to his feet.
Amokachi shoots in looking for a takedown. Okoye tries to sprawl out of it but Amokachi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Okoye manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for David Amokachi. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Okoye counters by moving into the clinch.
Okoye wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Amokachi has him pressed against the cage.

Okoye turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Okoye manages to end up in side control.
Okoye trying to control the position but Amokachi is working away.
Amokachi is trying to get back to half guard.
Amokachi avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Okoye.
Amokachi is looking to regain half guard here but Okoye keeps moving and retains side control.

Amokachi gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Amokachi wants to control but Okoye is keeping busy.
The fighters are battling for position here. Amokachi manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Amokachi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Okoye can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Amokachi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Amokachi has control of Okoye's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Okoye regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Amokachi is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Okoye has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Okoye!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Amokachi has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Amokachi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Amokachi is looking for a triangle but Okoye pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Amokachi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Amokachi has his feet on Okoye's thighs here. He's pushed Okoye off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Okoye screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

David Amokachi tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
