Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between George Sell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vincent Cole!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sell stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sell wants it to stay on the feet.
Cole shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sell pinned against the cage. Sell gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Cole shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sell but Sell pushes him off and we're back to square one.
George Sell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vincent Cole.

and Sell counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Cole tries to get to full guard but Sell has control of the leg.

Sell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Cole gets caught napping as Sell dives in and scores a takedown. Cole manages to retain guard.

Cole is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cole slips a nice elbow through Sell's hands, connecting with Sell's forehead.
Sell might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cole lands a nice short elbow.

Cole is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cole landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Sell on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sell tries to get out of the position.
Cole lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Cole takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Cole is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Cole thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sell's head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sell has hold of Cole's hands but Cole slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Sell wants to control but Cole is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sell.

Sell shoots in looking for a takedown. Cole tries to sprawl out of it but Sell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cole manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sell misses with a takedown attempt - Cole sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
