Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nester Asterix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boleslaw Krol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krol comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rage Against The Machine - Guerrilla Radio kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boleslaw Krol!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asterix fails with the takedown
and Krol counters with an inside leg kick.
Asterix shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Krol but Krol pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Asterix really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Asterix tries for a takedown but Krol circles away easily
and Krol counters with a nice leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nester Asterix. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Krol pushes Asterix up against the cage in a clinch.
Krol swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Krol pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A head kick lands from Krol that sends Asterix to the canvas. Asterix tries to scramble back to his feet but Krol brings him back down into side control.
Asterix is rocked!
It looks like Nester Asterix has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Krol lands a big left to the face of Asterix, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Krol and another - Asterix is out! Krol stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Boleslaw Krol!
Boleslaw Krol bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
