PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Damian Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gar Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Michael Jackson's Thriller. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Miller manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Miller throws a leg kick
and Logan counters with a good low kick that Miller was not able to check.
Miller shoots in looking for a takedown but Logan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Miller's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
No luck for Miller with that takedown attempt.
Miller takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Miller closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Logan has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Miller defend it? Logan steps over the head and cranks it - Miller is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Logan!
