Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Scarlatti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Cobra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scarlatti comes into the arena with 'M.A.D.' by Hadouken blaring out of the sound system. Cobra has chosen Rooster as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jimmy Scarlatti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, King Cobra! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cobra looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Oooh a lovely combination from Scarlatti sends Cobra down but not out. Scarlatti dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like King Cobra has been cut. Cobra is trying to get back to half guard. Cobra manages to work his way to half guard, despite Scarlatti's best efforts. Cobra gets full guard. Scarlatti trying to control but Cobra is working from the bottom. Cobra looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Scarlatti passes into side control.
Cobra wants to control but Scarlatti postures up. Cobra tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Scarlatti wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cobra gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Cobra with the active half guard here but Scarlatti passes nicely into side control. Cobra is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Scarlatti's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Scarlatti wants to stand up but Cobra is controlling the position.
Cobra is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Scarlatti's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Scarlatti's back! Cobra is looking for a choke. Scarlatti gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Scarlatti manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cobra had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Scarlatti is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Cobra Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Scarlatti's back instead. Scarlatti is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Cobra gets his way!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Scarlatti trying to control the position but Cobra manages to sink in the hooks. Cobra working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Scarlatti is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Cobra gets his way!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cobra has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Cobra working for a choke but Scarlatti is defending well. Cobra looks gassed! Cobra has his arm under Scarlatti's chin here. Game over son! Cobra squeezes tightly and Scarlatti is forced to tap out!
