Palhares comes to the cage accompanied by "Rumour Has It/Someone Like You". Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palhares throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lind's waist but Lind gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Palhares off to one side.
Palhares gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lind counters with a nice low kick that buckles Palhares's knee momentarily.
Palhares with a poor takedown
and Lind counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominickoy Palhares. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Palhares has his takedown stuffed
and Lind counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Lind lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Palhares shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lind defends it nicely.

and Lind counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Palhares! He's just covering up as Lind starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
