The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bless cracks a nice hook into Lonzo's ribs.
Lonzo shoots and misses
and Bless connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bless tries to bum rush Lonzo with a series of wild strikes but Lonzo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lonzo fails with the takedown
and Bless counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Lonzo tries to clinch up but Bless circles away and keeps his distance.
Lonzo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lonzo throws a head kick that Bless semi-blocks.
Bless connects with a body shot.
Lonzo is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
