The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasconcelos cracks Esch with a right hand to the side of the head.
Esch takes a swing at Vasconcelos's ribcage but misses.
Vasconcelos slips a straight right by Esch.
Vasconcelos uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Esch.
Vasconcelos punishes Esch's body with a nice straight punch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Vasconcelos lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Eric Esch has been cut.

Vasconcelos moves into the clinch.
Vasconcelos tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Vasconcelos misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Esch tries to circle away but Vasconcelos has him pinned against the cage.
Esch wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Vasconcelos.

Esch breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Vasconcelos lands a big head kick that sends Esch tumbling to the mat! Vasconcelos takes a step backwards and waves Esch back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Crack! Vasconcelos connects with the perfect overhand right and Esch falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Vasconcelos!
