Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

9 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank James! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brunner swinging wildly here.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! James looking to score a takedown here. Brunner is defending well but James drives through and ends up in Brunner's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Brunner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Brunner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brunner wants to work for an arm triangle but James is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mike Brunner dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Brunner shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says James as he avoids it easily. James fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brunner, pushing him back against the ropes. James pulls guard successfully.
James can't keep his opponent in guard - Brunner advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Brunner blocks the strikes from James.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Brunner connects with a nice short shot to James's temple. Brunner drops an elbow to the side of James's head. Brunner missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. James looking for submissions off his back. Nice strikes from Brunner there. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! James is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Brunner pulls his head out easily. Brunner landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

James has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Brunner. Oh but James has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Brunner goes limp - he's gone! James jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
