Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chumba Wumba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renee Mondeux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wumba's entrance music is La Bamba . A fine choice. Mondeux has chosen Ronnie McCoury-Cajun Man as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wumba closes the distance and pushes Mondeux back into the cage.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mondeux.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wumba enables Mondeux to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wumba manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Renee Mondeux hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Mondeux feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wumba connects with a nice short shot to Mondeux's temple.

That was a close second round but I would say that Chumba Wumba will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Mondeux will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
