Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Folsom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tristian Okami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Folsom might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hightower Is Mad. Tristian Okami has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xavier Folsom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tristian Okami!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okami shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Folsom counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Okami moves out of range of the body kick from Folsom.
Okami misses with a hook
and Folsom counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Okami tries for a takedown but Folsom circles away easily
and Folsom counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Okami has his takedown stuffed
and Folsom connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Xavier Folsom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tristian Okami.
Okami takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Folsom is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Folsom connects with a right that clearly hurt Okami. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Folsom proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Okami collapses and taps out under the pressure!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Xavier Folsom!
An out of breath Xavier Folsom thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
