Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Bruteforce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark has chosen The Final Countdown as his entrance music. John Clark is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bruteforce moves into the clinch.

Bruteforce tightens his grip and picks Clark up, before dumping him to the ground. Clark manages to land in guard.
Clark working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bruteforce.
Clark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bruteforce. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bruteforce postures up in Clark's guard and throws a big left but Clark blocks it.
Bruteforce will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bruteforce is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bruteforce won't allow Clark to get back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Daniel Bruteforce just wasn't active enough.
Clark connects with a combination that backs up Bruteforce into the cage. Clark lands a flurry of punches that gets past Bruteforce's guard. Bruteforce is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Clark bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
