The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dulin is looking to clinch.
Good shot there by Dulin.
Mortis goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Mortis lands a slapping body shot.
Mortis moves into the clinch.
Dulin using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mortis has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Mortis lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Mortis stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mortis lands with a right to the head.
Dulin tries a knee to the head but Mortis blocks it.

Mortis breaks the clinch.

and Mortis counters by moving into the clinch.

Dulin is breathing heavily.

Mortis lands a hook to the side of the head.

Mortis lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Dulin pushes off an throws an elbow but Mortis leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Dulin misses with a knee to the head.
Mortis lands a damaging elbow.
Mortis breaks from the clinch.
Dulin tries to clinch there but Mortis circles away.
Mortis scores with a jab. Dulin acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Dulin is rocked!
Mortis drops Dulin with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Dulin! Mortis dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Purpura Mortis!
