Makynen throws the left hand but Almeida avoids the punch easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Almeida.
Makynen lands with a straight right. Almeida didn't see that one coming.

Makynen moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Makynen catches Almeida with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Rauno Makynen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Makynen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Almeida fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Makynen makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Almeida really felt that one!
