Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, NIkola Mracajac! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ramon Zapata! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zapata closes the distance and pushes Mracajac back into the cage. Mracajac wants a takedown but no success here.
Zapata lands on the inside with an uppercut. Zapata landing some nice looking knees to the body.
The referee is keeping an eye on Zapata - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Zapata dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Zapata breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zapata throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Zapata jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Mracajac shoots in looking for a takedown. Zapata tries to sprawl out of it but Mracajac keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zapata manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Mracajac circles away from the clinch attempt.
Zapata tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mracajac manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Mracajac fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Zapata to the ground. Mracajac is now in Zapata's guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Mracajac drops back, looking for a kneebar! Zapata looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Zapata looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Zapata! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mracajac is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Mracajac is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Zapata is tapping! Great win for Mracajac!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). NIkola Mracajac! After winning the bout, NIkola Mracajac thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
