Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Silva might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to CoraçãoSatanico. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a hook but Beast blocks it.
The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Beast uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Silva.
Beast shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Beast wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beast trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Beast is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Beast thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Silva regains half guard, as Beast was trying to land strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Beast dominated that round.
That's time! Silva's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Beast fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.

Silva connects with a single shot there.
It looks like Ben Beast has been cut.
A swing and a miss from Silva.

Beast on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Beast gets a takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Beast seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Silva wants to get back to his feet.
Beast is looking to take a break and control but Silva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Beast is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Beast has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Silva defend it? Beast steps over the head and cranks it - Silva is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Beast!
